Salesforce
No Salesforce connector. Use a sheet or the push address.
What you can track
Pipeline, bookings and quota, after you land the numbers somewhere tlly can read. There is no Salesforce provider, no stored-host preset, and no job template in this repo.
Do not ask for a Salesforce instance URL or token as if tlly had a connector. Offer, in this order: the Google Sheets template (a report or scheduled export writes the columns), or the push address from a script the user already runs. A generic JSON GET is only appropriate when they already have an HTTPS URL that returns JSON without an OAuth refresh dance. tlly does not refresh OAuth tokens.
Credential
None for the sheet or the push address. A Salesforce connected-app token is not a supported setup here.
Where to get it
Make a copy of the KPI sheet and paste the published CSV or “anyone with the link” export into tlly. Or create the push address in Data sources.
tlly job
Use the Google Sheets job, with the column they actually export (Pipeline value is on the template).
Gotchas
- Salesforce’s REST API is real and was not integrated. Claiming a services/data job would be a guess.
- SOQL queries are GET on some versions and still need a bearer token that expires. Out of scope.
Alert ideas
Red when pipeline value is below the cover target they name. Yellow when this week’s bookings are under last week’s.
Verification
Checked this repo: providers.go has no Salesforce entry. No Salesforce endpoint was taken from vendor docs, because tlly would not call it.
