Terms of service

Last updated 28 October 2026. tlly.dev is operated by tlly, a sole proprietorship. These terms are an agreement between you and tlly, a sole proprietorship ("tlly", "we", "us"), the business that provides the tlly service. By creating an account or using tlly you accept them. If you use tlly for an organisation, you accept them on its behalf.

1. The service

tlly hosts dashboards of dated numbers, runs scheduled jobs that fetch data from sources you choose, evaluates the rules you set, and sends alerts. You or your AI agents operate it through our website, MCP server and API.

2. Your account

3. Acceptable use

tlly stores dated numbers, short labels and short notes. You agree not to:

We may remove content or suspend access that breaks these rules, with or without notice.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the data, dashboards and settings you create. You give us permission to store, process and display them only as needed to run tlly for you, including showing public dashboards to anyone with their link. You're responsible for having the right to use the data your jobs fetch. You can export your data at any time.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep tlly available and your data safe, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copies of anything that matters to you (every dashboard has a CSV download). We may change or improve features. If we decide to discontinue tlly, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email, so you can export your data, and refund the unused part of any prepaid subscription period.

6. Plans, payment and refunds

7. Suspension and ending

You can stop using tlly and close your account at any time. We may suspend or limit an account straight away if it breaks these terms, puts the service or others at risk, or doesn't pay. Otherwise we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before closing an account, so you can export its data. If we close a paid account without it breaking these terms, we refund the unused part of the current period.

8. Third-party services

Sign-in providers, data sources, AI agents, hosting providers and payment networks are run by others under their own terms. We aren't responsible for them, their availability, or the accuracy of data they provide.

9. No warranties

tlly is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, security and non-infringement. Data, dashboards, rules, statuses and alerts may be wrong, late or missing. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax or other professional advice. You use tlly, and make decisions based on it, entirely at your own risk.

10. No liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or related to tlly or these terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, and even if we were told it might happen. This includes lost profits, revenue, savings, business, goodwill or data, missed alerts, wrong data, trading or business decisions, downtime, security incidents, and indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses.

If, despite this, we are found liable, our total liability for all claims together is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 3 months before the event that gave rise to the claim. For Free plan users that amount is zero.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of tlly, the agents you connect, or your breach of these terms or the law.

Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises, and only on an individual basis, not as part of a class or representative action. Some laws don't allow certain exclusions or limits, for example for fraud, intentional harm, or death or personal injury caused by negligence; in those cases the exclusions above apply only as far as the law allows.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time by changing them on this page and updating the date above. If you keep using tlly after a change, you accept the new terms.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, and disputes go to its courts, without depriving consumers of protections their local law gives them.
