Intercom dashboards and alerts

Chart Intercom numbers on a live dashboard with green, yellow and red targets, refreshed on schedule, with an email or webhook alert when one crosses a line. Slack and Discord incoming webhooks get a short message.

What you can watch

Connect with a read-only key

  1. In Intercom open Settings → Integrations → Developer Hub and create an app named “tlly”.
  2. Under Authentication, edit permissions and keep only the Read permissions you need (conversations, admins, tags).
  3. Copy the access token.

Leave every write permission unticked. Keys are encrypted at rest and only ever sent to Intercom. Intercom docs

Then ask:

Use the INTERCOM_TOKEN secret to chart open and new conversations per day from Intercom, after a preview shows the fields.
