Shopify dashboards and alerts

Chart Shopify numbers on a live dashboard with green, yellow and red targets, refreshed on schedule, with an email or webhook alert when one crosses a line. Slack and Discord incoming webhooks get a short message.

What you can watch

• Orders and revenue per day for the last 60 days (one page per fetch; a busy store should push a daily total)
• Average order value from those orders

Connect with a read-only key

1. In Shopify admin open Settings → Apps and sales channels → Develop apps (if it's not there, create the app in the Shopify Dev Dashboard).
2. Create an app named “tlly” and choose Configure Admin API scopes.
3. Tick only read_orders, read_products and read_customers.
4. Install the app and reveal the Admin API access token once (it starts with shpat_).

With only read_ scopes the token can't edit orders, products or customers. Keys are encrypted at rest and only ever sent to Shopify. Shopify docs

Then ask:

Use the SHOPIFY_TOKEN secret to chart daily revenue, orders and average order value from our Shopify store. One page of orders per fetch; if the store is busier than that, we will push a daily total.
