Templates · Client KPI report for agencies

Replace the monthly client PDF with a live KPI link

One dashboard per client with the numbers you're paid to move, a status across all of them, and view counts so you know the client looked.

Works with: Google Sheets, Plausible via push or a Sheet, HubSpot, Shopify

Build this dashboard freeNo card needed. A few minutes to the first dashboard, including creating the read-only key.

What's on the dashboard

Connecting Plausible

  1. In Plausible open your account Settings → API keys.
  2. Create a key for the Stats API and copy it.

Stats API keys only read statistics. More on Plausible →

Connecting HubSpot

  1. In HubSpot open Development → Keys → Service keys and click Create service key. New accounts show “Legacy apps aren't available on this account” under Private apps; a service key is the path that works there (service key docs).
  2. Name it “tlly”. Click Add new scope and add only read scopes: crm.objects.deals.read and crm.objects.contacts.read (add crm.objects.companies.read if you chart companies). Click Update, then Create.
  3. Open the key, click Show, then Copy. Jobs send it as Authorization: Bearer.
  4. Older accounts that still have private apps: Settings → Integrations → Private apps (or Development → Legacy apps), create an app named “tlly” with the same read scopes, and copy its access token (private app docs).

Pick only scopes ending in .read; the key then can't change records. More on HubSpot →

Connecting Shopify

  1. In Shopify admin open Settings → Apps and sales channels → Develop apps (if it's not there, create the app in the Shopify Dev Dashboard).
  2. Create an app named “tlly” and choose Configure Admin API scopes.
  3. Tick only read_orders, read_products and read_customers.
  4. Install the app and reveal the Admin API access token once (it starts with shpat_).

With only read_ scopes the token can't edit orders, products or customers. More on Shopify →

Set it up in one sentence

Paste this into the tlly chat after signing up, or give it to Claude, Cursor or any assistant connected to tlly:

Using tlly, build a client KPI dashboard from this published Google Sheet: <paste the CSV link>. Chart leads, cost per lead and conversions per week, turn cost per lead red when it is 25% above target, and alert me.
