What's on the dashboard

Connecting HubSpot

  1. In HubSpot open Development → Keys → Service keys and click Create service key. New accounts show “Legacy apps aren't available on this account” under Private apps; a service key is the path that works there (service key docs).
  2. Name it “tlly”. Click Add new scope and add only read scopes: crm.objects.deals.read and crm.objects.contacts.read (add crm.objects.companies.read if you chart companies). Click Update, then Create.
  3. Open the key, click Show, then Copy. Jobs send it as Authorization: Bearer.
  4. Older accounts that still have private apps: Settings → Integrations → Private apps (or Development → Legacy apps), create an app named “tlly” with the same read scopes, and copy its access token (private app docs).

Pick only scopes ending in .read; the key then can't change records. More on HubSpot →

Connecting Pipedrive

  1. In Pipedrive open your profile → Personal preferences → API.
  2. Copy your personal API token.

Pipedrive tokens act as the user they belong to and can't be limited to reading. Create a separate user with a read-only (view) permission set and use that user's token. More on Pipedrive →

Set it up in one sentence

Paste this into the tlly chat after signing up, or give it to Claude, Cursor or any assistant connected to tlly:

Using tlly, chart open pipeline and deals won per week from HubSpot (use the HUBSPOT_TOKEN secret). Add pipeline cover as open pipeline divided by our remaining quarterly target of <amount>, and turn it red under 3.
